*As dictated by Illinois law, we can only pay referral fees to licensed real estate agents.

You Send Clients Our Way

Speak to your customers about potentially renting the property. If they're interested in finding a property manager, put them in contact with our team. We'll work to ensure their needs are met and respond to enquiries quickly, reflecting positively on your business.

We Manage the Property

We'll keep a close eye on the home, paying careful attention to maintenance and repairs. Our goal is to keep the property in great shape, protecting the eventual sale. When a buyer is found for the home, we'll refer the sale back to you—we never steal real estate commissions. 


You Get Paid

For every client you refer successfully, we'll pay a referral fee*. We pay $250 for every full property management contract and $100 for a lease-only arrangement.
